I disliked:
Decor and fabric of the building looks tired in areas and gardens would benefit from a spruce up. Missed not being able to swim or work-out, so will take my walking boots next time!

the room was on the front over looking the road, to busy & noisy hard to sleep at night

There was very little to dislike. I suppose the deco in some of the hotel needed a uplift. The hotel was in a residential and a bit run down area.
